I cased this card from a card I saw on SCS. The original can be found here.
I made several of them pretty quickly and these cards helped me to use up some of my ribbon that I am trying not to hoard. Here are a few of the ones I created. 
I used the Very Punny set from SU, a white base for my card, and various colors of scraps and ribbon to make these cards. Here is a close up of the turquoise one, it is my favorite one.
